Payment must be received prior to commencement of work, unless otherwise negotiated.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT TYPES: Zilk Inc. accepts checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. A 5% processing fee is added to each credit card transaction.

WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT TERMS
1. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: HALF (50%) of the total design & development fee is due prior to commencement of work. The remaining half (50%) is due upon home page design approval, prior to the construction of the entire site, any animated/flash features, content uploading or CMS implementation.
2. All design & development fees are one-time only fees unless otherwise indicated.
3. A sample home page design and/or layout (as per proposal) will be submitted for client approval. Within 10 days of submission of this home page design/layout, client must approve the design/layout or request revisions, if necessary. If no changes are submitted within 10 days, design/layout is considered to be approved and the remaining balance is due in order to begin full site construction.
4. Services and conditions are per current rate card, cost summary, or applicable proposal. Rate Card, Proposal Quote or Cost Summary is to be used as an estimate for the projects discussed. The Rate Card, Proposal Quote or Cost Summary in no way constitutes a warranty of final price. Rate Cards, Proposal Quotes or Cost Summaries are subject to change should the summary of this project change or differ from current set of hours.
5. Zilk Inc. maintains ownership of all artwork, site design & site development until balance is paid in full. When balance is paid in full, the logo designed for the client, the entire website and the artwork therein become the complete property of the client.
6. All fees are non-refundable.
7. Zilk Inc. reserves the right to display finished artwork on its online web design showcase and promotional materials and to place a ‘Designed By Zilk Inc.’ logo and link on the footer of the client’s site.
RECURRING SERVICES
Domain Registration, Hosting & Email Services, Software Licenses, Site Management Fees, etc. are billed annually, unless otherwise negotiated. To change Hosting & Email Services, Software Licenses, Site Management Fees, etc. to monthly billing, a Visa or Mastercard must be provided and a 5% processing fee will be added to the total for each transaction. Credit card provided will be charged on the first of each month, for that upcoming month.
To cancel any monthly or annual services (Domain Registration, Hosting & Email Services, Software Licenses, Site Management Fees, etc.), 30 days (Thirty days), notice to cancel monthly or annual services must be provided to Zilk Inc. (office@zilkinc.com) in writing, and account must be current and paid in full.
REFUNDS
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.
